Celebrate the 26th anniversary of the release of “Runaway Bride” by running/walking through the small town where the movie was filmed, Berlin, Maryland! Wear your favorite wedding attire like a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, suit, tuxedo t-shirt, or all-white. Dress up in a fun outfit, relive the magic of “The Runaway Bride”, and raise money to support local families living in low-income circumstances!
After you finish, join us for the “reception” on the museum lawn, featuring the awards presentation, photoshoots, and music from the soundtrack and other hits from 1999. After the reception, head inside the Calvin B. Taylor House Museum to see an expanded “Runaway Bride” exhibit. Then, come back that night at 7:00 pm for an outdoor screening of the iconic rom-com!

The route is only 1 mile long so you don’t need to be in 5k shape to participate! Participants will meet on the lawn of the Calvin B. Taylor House Museum to check in. The route will start there and head down Main Street passing iconic movie locations like The Atlantic Hotel and Raynes Reef, turn right on Washington Street, crossing Broad Steet to Harrison Avenue and then turning right before finishing back at the Calvin B. Taylor House Museum.
